Hémangiosarcome d’un nœud lymphatique rétropharyngien tumoral chez un chien
Résumé
Un Jack Russel terrier présente un gonflement progressif douloureux de l’encolure. Le scanner montre qu’il s’agit d’une hypertrophie du nœud lymphatique rétropharyngien. L’exérèse chirurgicale permet la guérison. L’analyse histologique permet d’établir le diagnostic d’hémangiosarcome localisé.
